All Daily spaces are sold through two weekly drawings held on Friday at the Swap Meet Main Office located in Parking Lot #9 for that upcoming weekend.

The first drawing is for Saturday spaces and Priorities only, and takes place at 10am. The second drawing is for Sunday spaces, and takes place at 11am. ONE I.D. PER SPACE any person found using multiple I.D.’s are subject to Suspension of Selling Privilege.

A priority is a stand-by number in line for the Day of Event Spaces. These are sold only at the Friday drawings. The cost of a priority is $30.00. $20.00 of which is credited to your space fee that morning.

You can always enter our Day of Event drawing held in Parking Lot #5 every Saturday and Sunday at 7:00 a.m.

Space fees vary depending on size and location. The cost of the average size space that is 30ft. wide by 19ft deep is $55.00 on Saturday and $72.00 on Sunday. If the space is smaller or larger the price would change accordingly. All space fees increase by $5.00 on the day of event.

All Monthly spaces are sold on the last Friday of the current month for the entire upcoming month. Saturday Spaces are sold through a drawing at 10am. Sunday Spaces are sold through a bid at 11am. [click here for Monthly bid price structure]  this includes the cost of the space rent for that month. These spaces are only good for one month.

No, you would have to provide those items yourselves.

No we do not provide electricity for the space. We do have a power test area located behind the Men’s Restroom to test the electronics.

The gates open at 5:00 a.m. to enter. On Saturday you must be set up on you space no later that 7:00 a.m. and on Sunday no later than 7:00 a.m. Any vendor not set up on their space by the specified times may lose their space to a stand-by vendor for that day.

Vendors may begin leaving after 2:30 p.m. and must be off the property no later than 5:30p.m. Your space must be clean of all trash and unsold merchandise.

Licensed spaces are assigned by the Cypress Swap Meet solely for the sale of goods, merchandise and services approved by Swap Meet management. Approval may be withheld for any reason, in the absolute and sole discretion of Swap Meet management. Please be advised that the following goods and services are prohibited:

1. Drinks, food and any other item used for human consumption with the exception of pre-approved food trailers, carts and trucks. Swap Meet management will approve fruits, vegetables, and prepackaged items, such as potato chips and candy and similar items sold for off-site consumption. Please see Swap Meet management for approval of food items that may be sold at Cypress Swap Meet for off-site consumption.  Note that this approval MUST be given in advance. Vendors should not buy food items assuming they will be approved. Health permits issued by Health Department, may be required.

2. Entertainment, game arcade, game of chance and grab bag.

3. Ammunition, axes, daggers, firearms, fireworks, flammable materials, guns (whether real, replica or toy), hatchets, knives, except for knives which are part of a packaged tableware set, swords and weapons of any kind.

4. Drug paraphernalia, drugs, hash or water pipes, roach clips and paraphernalia commonly associated or used with marijuana or any drug or narcotic.

5. The sales of animals, endangered species or goods, merchandise or products made from endangered species.

6. Pornography, illegal items and any adult entertainment good or service.

7. Goods and services that infringe on or violate any copyright, patent or trademark.  Counterfeit goods. Goods and services that make or suggest any misrepresentation.

8. Palm reading.

9. Motor vehicles, including but not limited to motorcycles. Vehicle accessories, parts and supplies may be sold.

10. Personal health services.

11. Any item that in the sole discretion of Swap Meet management is or may be hazardous to the health, safety or welfare of any person.
